Melissa & Justin – Style Me Pretty – Scribner Bend – Sacramento, CA.

Melissa and Justin are so incredible! They had the most stellar October wedding in Sacramento at Scribner Bend. Audrey at Botantica Floral Design amazed me with her details and design. Melissa, of course is the best ever. She let her girls find their own bridesmaids dresses, using gold and yellow as the colors. Melissa encouraged their individuality, which I have to say, is perfect. Their wedding was featured recently on Style Me Pretty, check out it! Many many thanks to Melissa and Justin for allowing me into their lives for their engagement session and of course their wedding. Justin and I are both Arcadia High School Titans, although we didn’t know each other in school. Fascinates me what a small world we live in.

Malia & Adam – Published – Real Weddings Magazine

I’m sooooooooooo excited! Back in June I photographed Malia and Adams amazing do-it-yourself wedding in Sacramento. I didn’t publish to this blog, because Malia had seriously spent an incredible amount of time planning and putting together her wedding. The details were freaking insane! I had to submit their wedding. Well….Real Weddings Magazine (Sacramento to the Sierras) wanted to publish their wedding. I just receive my box of the Winter 2011 issue, and I love getting published. This is first time I’ve been published of a wedding I’ve photographed (I’ve been published before in local magazines when I was still in the newspaper industry). Check out the magazine here.
